No change for a week
There is no denying now. It seems I have hit a platou. The bad news is, I did not lose any weight for a week. The good news is, I did not gain any weight for a week.
So I'm stuck.
The solution, per Dr. Gatza is to change something, like eat less carbs.
Obviously I will see what can I do.
My daily calorie intake is still around 1500 Cals per day.
I still have some slight heart burn here and there but not as bad as before.
Some pain and suffering
I have hurt myself wednesday on the bench press. I was on a divided bench, and the bottom of my spine went into the hole, while arching to push up the weight. Stupid thing to do. It hurt so much, that I had to skip Fridays training.
Then on top of this I have stepped into my twizers and made a deep gash on the bottom of my rigth feet. So now I can't sit, and have a hard time walking. Arghhh...
We are getting creative with the food I can eat.
Lost another 5lbs
End of the first 21 days. I have managed to lose 15lbs.
My home scale shows my weight again after a year or more.
The diet takes some creative thinking, but so far I manage it.
My daily calorie intake is about 1500Cals.
Ian from Waite Training took me to a gym, where we going to start working out from now on.
Food adjustment
I have run out of TotalShake 1. This means that only regular food for me from now on. If you can call it regular...
After some food testing Dr. Gatza concluded that the following food types are bad for me:
I've broken my 10lbs barrier
I've broken my 10lbs barrier.
Today, at weigh-in, I was 336lbs. That is an 11lbs decrease from the 347 starting point.
The diet plan have changed slightly again. Now I can have 3 "chicken meals" with up to 5 shakes, but I almost never take all 8 meals a day, so most likely I will have only 3 shakes a day.
Beside the slight diarrhea and an ever decreasing heartburn, there is not much else to report on this front.
First follow-up
Back for my first visit with Dr. Gatza, The official tally is in: The last 3 days I have lost 6lbs. on the Total Shake System. Not bad for being stuck with not losing any weight for so long...
Initial reaction to total shake
What is Total Shake?
Total Shake is a liver cleansing and body nutrition formula that cleanses the liver and through that the body, without the "roto-router effect" that some intestinal cleansing systems use to "rip" toxins out of your intestines.
To quote the man behind the Total shake:
Getting started - all over again
The last few months I have put on some upper body muscle, but my knee injury seriously preventing me from any lover body excercise.
I have my usual aches, but my bigger concern is that I still do not seem to lose any weight despite the training and hard work I put in with the help of my friendm and trainer, Iain.
He is the one who, came up with a new idea. We will be testing a different system, to see if we can boost my metabolism.
