08005 - First baby steps in a new diet system
Fat Loss 4 Idiots, here I come.
I was suggested that I try this new system of dieting. I read up on it, and it seems interesting. So, I have decided to try. Today is the first day.
The food that I have to eat, is from a list of my favorites. There is no restriction of the amounts consumed except that I should not pig out... I will have to eat 4 times a day.
I will also have to drink water, which I hate, but I can drink coffee, tea, or any other drinks that are less than 10 calories per cup (8oz.). No alcohol, but that is not a problem, I'm not an alcohol drinker, and common sense dictates that we should not drink alcohol while on a diet anyway.
Also, some light exercise in order. I will have to walk 30 minutes twice a day, or if I do not have enough time, the 45 minutes once a day. Easy, I go to the mall with my wife, and this requirement is fulfilled, done.
The diet goes on in 14 days increments, 11 days diet, 3 days break. There is no limit on repeats. If done effectively, it should give me an 9lbs weight loss every 14 days. Will see...
