Some pain and suffering
I have hurt myself wednesday on the bench press. I was on a divided bench, and the bottom of my spine went into the hole, while arching to push up the weight. Stupid thing to do. It hurt so much, that I had to skip Fridays training.
Then on top of this I have stepped into my twizers and made a deep gash on the bottom of my rigth feet. So now I can't sit, and have a hard time walking. Arghhh...
We are getting creative with the food I can eat.
Ground turkey, mixed with rice and eggs makes pretty good meatballs. Add some steamed green beans and broccoly on the side and voila... "perfect meal"
Then make the same meatballs, but while cooking them add some carrots and other vegetables for taste, and you have a meatball soup. Not bad either.
I like my apples and pears, but miss my grapes.
As it turns out I can drink herbal teas, but the no corn stuff applies. So, for example, I can drink pure chamomille or peppermint tea but not the fruit teas that one can buy in a store like raspberry or apple cinamon as they have artificial flavoring.
Hopefuly I will be better by monday to start my training again.
