No change for a week
There is no denying now. It seems I have hit a platou. The bad news is, I did not lose any weight for a week. The good news is, I did not gain any weight for a week.
So I'm stuck.
The solution, per Dr. Gatza is to change something, like eat less carbs.
Obviously I will see what can I do.
My daily calorie intake is still around 1500 Cals per day.
I still have some slight heart burn here and there but not as bad as before.
The training in the gym is going well. We keep the weights increased regularly and we keep switching the things we do around, so not one day is the same.
I have not seen the TRX for a couple of days now, but the freeweights and dumbells make up for it.
