I've broken my 10lbs barrier
I've broken my 10lbs barrier.
Today, at weigh-in, I was 336lbs. That is an 11lbs decrease from the 347 starting point.
The diet plan have changed slightly again. Now I can have 3 "chicken meals" with up to 5 shakes, but I almost never take all 8 meals a day, so most likely I will have only 3 shakes a day.
Beside the slight diarrhea and an ever decreasing heartburn, there is not much else to report on this front.
We have skipped the wednesday training with Iain from Waite Training in favor of a Thursday training. It went well despite being a little weak from all the things going on.
We did back, shoulders, chest and arm excercises with the TRX. It is great and I strongly suggest for anyone who wants to get results to get it.
