08010 - Let's continue
Another beginning. This will be the 2nd 11-day series of the Fatloss4Idiots Diet. I'm planning on keeping myself more closely to the letter with this one.
Let me tell you about an idea I recently had, that I hope will revolutionaries my walking adventures. To make you understand what I'm talking about, let me tell you that I do not mind the walking part. What I hate is wasting time, and I considering walking just by itself a big one.
So here is the idea: I got an iPod. Instead of music, I fill it up with audio books that I can buy on Amazon or Barns & Noble. While walking, I will listen to these books and I will be very much entertained or I can learn things, like handling money, exercising, any skills, real-estate or whatever else crosses my mind and engages my curiosity.
One thing I could listen to is the new CD series from Tom Venuto Called "The Body of Your Dreams" It is an Audio Teleseminar. Cool.
