Lost another 5lbs
End of the first 21 days. I have managed to lose 15lbs.
My home scale shows my weight again after a year or more.
The diet takes some creative thinking, but so far I manage it.
My daily calorie intake is about 1500Cals.
Ian from Waite Training took me to a gym, where we going to start working out from now on.
The new training program expands into weight lifting and free weights beside the usual TRX program.
It is a cool little gym in downtown clearwater called AnyTime Fitness.
They are well equipped and even have a water massage bed available for clients.
All members get a key, so they are true to their name, you can enter the gym AnyTime even if it is midnight or 3 in the morning. AnyTime Fitness has several other locations as well. Pretty cool.
