Initial reaction to total shake
What is Total Shake?
Total Shake is a liver cleansing and body nutrition formula that cleanses the liver and through that the body, without the "roto-router effect" that some intestinal cleansing systems use to "rip" toxins out of your intestines.
To quote the man behind the Total shake:
"is a premiere dietary supplement, all-natural, pure, patented† and specifically formulated to:
— support cleansing & rejuvenating your liver
— support immediate weight loss,
— increase your energy and
— speed the removal of harmful toxins from your blood & entire body."
1st day on the Total Shake:
I was told that the shake will taste a bit chalky, but I like chalky things so I wouldn't mind. So after trying it the first time, I actually like it. It taste a little sweet and when I drink it I have a slight burning in my throat, but nothing so bad that would stop me from doing the program.
I also started having a slight headache, that followed me all day long. I'm also hungry sometimes, but per the instructions, I just drink another shake. My only problem is drinking the 8 glasses of water, (I hate water) but I suck it up and do it anyway. I also developed some heartburn, that was slightly relieved by the Cal-Mag Tea I got with the program as well...
2nd Day:
I had a medium head ache all day long. Again, sometimes I'm hungry but I just have another shake. I also have developed diarrhea but again, I had that before and going through 5 Full Curses of Chemotherapy, Nothing really surprises me, when it comes to body reactions. So there is nothing that really concerns me at the moment. I also had some X-Rays done to see what else is going on my body, but lets live that for another day.
3rd day:
I'm was a bit hungrier than usual this morning, and the diarrhea didn't left me, but I just had my shake and got on with my day. Mild headache and slight water loathing is the order of the day. But again, with a little will power I'm getting through it, and I have not cheated once...
I can't wait for tomorrow... Chicken day... Yumm...
