Food adjustment
I have run out of TotalShake 1. This means that only regular food for me from now on. If you can call it regular...
After some food testing Dr. Gatza concluded that the following food types are bad for me:
- Anything that has any types of corn or corn related foods in it. (soda pop, crackers, icecream, vegetable oil, most canned foods, most sauces gravies and serials, chili, most processed meat products, pizza, puddings, most breads, most processed juices, most canned or dried sups, and my absolute favorite, chinese food and this is only the short version...)
- Nightsades (Potato, tomato, peppers) so no spicy food for me either
- Anything with white flour in it (just too numeorous to list)
- Dairy (Milk, yoghurt, cheese, sourcream, cottage cheese, mayonaise and more)
- Any kinds of chocolate or cocoa
- Coffe, tea, alcohol
So what can I eat?
- Steamed vegies, fish, lean meat (no fat), eggs,
- Brown/white rice
- Fruits max 2 times a day (like apples or pears)
- Water
To be honest, I'm a bit shocked and confused. Right now, I have no idea how I will manage this... We will get back to this later.
